If you are not ready to start your group yet, you can still complete the course now so that you know what to expect from the process, or you can choose to come back when you’re ready.
You'll do some activities
We'll ask you to complete a few different types of activities. These will help you to start your self-help group while you are completing this course. For this reason, it's best to do this course on a desktop or laptop computer.
